Initial Consultation
After you book the initial consultation, we will send you a thorough and comprehensive medical, environmental and lifestyle history questionnaire to complete. Once submitted, we’ll schedule your first office visit, where you’ll receive personalized recommendations for lifestyle, nutrition, targeted protocols, and any additional lab testing. this form is complete, we will schedule the first office visit. Follow ups range from anywhere from every 2-8weeks depending on the condition’s complexity, lab findings, and your progress.
